Health on Your Plate
An everyday ayurvedic cooking workshop with Ritu Mittal, in the form of a culinary demonstration with tasting.
About the Health on Your Plate course
Want to eat healthier without diets, deprivation, or complicated rules? Join our ayurvedic cooking workshop and learn how to feel lighter and more energetic after meals, improve digestion and wellbeing, cook simply, seasonally and with pleasure, and take care of yourself naturally.
During the workshop we'll cook aromatic, warming dishes, you'll learn how ayurvedic spices work, and you'll find out how to put together meals suited to your own needs — knowledge you can use at home right away.
This isn't a diet. It's a way of eating that supports your body, hormones and energy. The workshop takes the form of a culinary demonstration with tasting of the dishes prepared.
