Online Course Terms

Draft content — pending approval from the legal content owner

The text below is a document skeleton prepared for legal review and does not constitute final, approved content. Draft version dated 2 August 2026.

1. Scope

This document sets out additional rules for purchasing and accessing online (digital) courses offered by Nirmala Institute of Yoga and Ayurveda, alongside the general Terms of Service.

2. Contract and access

The contract for an online course is concluded once payment is confirmed. Access to course materials is granted to the email address used at checkout, for the access period stated on the course page (a fixed number of months or permanent access).

3. Digital content and technical requirements

Course materials are delivered as digital content (video, text, downloadable files, quizzes) through the Institute's learning platform. Viewing them requires a device with an internet connection and an up-to-date web browser.

4. Payment

Online courses may be paid in full or, where offered, in instalments. Instalment schedules are described on the relevant course page and confirmed before purchase.

5. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract. Because online courses are digital content, this right may be lost once delivery begins with your explicit consent — see the separate Digital Content & Withdrawal Notice for details.

6. Complaints

Complaints about an online course can be submitted to kontakt@nirmala.pl, including the order number and a description of the issue.

7. Final provisions

These Online Course Terms are governed by Polish law and apply alongside the general Terms of Service. We reserve the right to amend them; the current version is always available on this page.
