Digital Content & Withdrawal Notice

Draft content — pending approval from the legal content owner

The text below is a document skeleton prepared for legal review and does not constitute final, approved content. Draft version dated 2 August 2026.

1. What counts as digital content here

Online course access, video lessons, downloadable materials and other course resources delivered through the Institute's learning platform are digital content within the meaning of Polish consumer-protection law.

2. Statutory 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you may generally withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of the contract being concluded, without giving a reason.

3. Exception for digital content

This right is lost once we begin delivering digital content, if you have expressly requested that delivery start before the withdrawal period ends and have acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal as a result — as provided by Article 38(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act.

4. How this consent is captured

At checkout for an online course, you are asked to confirm: "I request that delivery of digital content begin before the withdrawal period ends, and I acknowledge the consequences of this consent under applicable law." This checkbox is separate from the Terms and Privacy Policy consents.

5. If you still have a right to withdraw

If you have not requested immediate delivery, or the exception otherwise does not apply, you may withdraw by sending a clear statement to kontakt@nirmala.pl or by post to Cichy Kącik 1/2, 55-002 Kamieniec Wrocławski within the applicable period.

6. Questions

If you have questions about this notice before purchasing, write to us at kontakt@nirmala.pl — we're happy to clarify before you buy.
