About Bhole Baba Ayurvedic Hospital
Bhole Baba Ayurvedic Hospital and Research Center is a place where heaven meets earth. Each day welcomes you with the sun rising over the Himalayan peaks, and the fresh air is filled with the scent of local plants and herbs.
During your stay you undergo two Ayurvedic treatments or massages every day — individually chosen by an Ayurvedic doctor. Most are relaxing, regenerative therapies that bring a growing sense of lightness and calm day by day. At the end, the doctor prepares recommendations and Ayurvedic medicines for you for the following 3–6 months.
Every day at 7am, prayer takes place at the Bhole Baba temple — the spiritual heart of the centre. Every member of staff, from reception to the cooks, greets you with a smile and calm. Vegetarian meals are prepared in an open kitchen, often accompanied by singing.
Every day you can join yoga and pranayama practice — morning and afternoon, in step with the rhythm of the day and the therapies.
Even a short stay can significantly improve your health and wellbeing. If you need deeper cleansing and recovery, we recommend a month-long stay for the full Panchakarma programme — you'll find the details of these trips in our International Trips section.
