1. General provisions
These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the Nirmala Institute of Yoga and Ayurveda website and for submitting course enquiries. The site is operated by Nirmala Institute of Yoga and Ayurveda, Cichy Kącik 1/2, 55-002 Kamieniec Wrocławski.
2. Definitions
Provider — Nirmala Institute of Yoga and Ayurveda. User — a person using the site. Enquiry — submission of the contact or enquiry form on the site. Course — an educational offering presented on the site.
3. Rules for using the site
The site presents course offerings and allows enquiries to be submitted. Using the site in a way that disrupts its operation or breaches applicable law is prohibited.
4. Enquiries and courses
Submitting the enquiry form constitutes an enquiry about a course and does not constitute enrolment, a place reservation, or a contract. Final enrolment and payment take place outside the site, according to information provided individually after your enquiry. Selected courses may use external services (Calendly, Google Forms) — using them is subject to those services' own terms.
5. Intellectual property
Content, graphics, and materials published on the site are the property of Nirmala Institute of Yoga and Ayurveda or are used with the permission of the rights holders, and may not be copied without permission.
6. Liability
Nirmala Institute of Yoga and Ayurveda makes reasonable efforts to keep information on the site up to date, but is not liable for technical interruptions or the unavailability of external services the site relies on.

8. Final provisions
These Terms are governed by Polish law. We reserve the right to amend these Terms; the current version is always available on this page.
