About the Certified Ayurveda Therapist course
Ayurveda sees the body and mind as an inseparable whole. Its goal is complete healing, not just treating symptoms — an approach built on five pillars: cleansing and revitalising the body, proper nutrition, yoga practice, ayurvedic treatments, and massage techniques.
Ayurveda is one of the oldest and most natural healing methods, known for over 5,000 years, still widely practised in southern India and, over the last century, increasingly popular in Western Europe and the United States too.
During the course you'll learn ayurvedic massage techniques and skincare/therapeutic treatments. The course's goal is hands-on familiarity with ayurvedic therapy methods that support the health, balance, and wellbeing of the whole body.
The course combines theory with intensive practice, giving participants valuable knowledge and skills to apply in therapeutic work or for the benefit of their own health and that of their loved ones.

- Shirobhyanga (head massage) and Mukhabhyanga (facial massage)

The course taught me to see ayurvedic massage not just as a technique but as mindful work with the whole person. I came away with new skills and greater sensitivity in working with the body.
Anna G.
What I value most is being able to practise the treatments repeatedly, get corrections, and ask questions. The knowledge doesn't stay in notes — it goes straight through your hands and builds confidence in practice.
Beata T.
I'm delighted with the Ayurveda Therapist course. Ritu is a wonderful teacher. She showed us many treatments and massages that I'll definitely use. I know there's a lot of practice ahead of me, but I wholeheartedly recommend this course.
Jola
The course is intensive, and there's really a lot to learn. Ritu showed us everything, explained it, and guided us through the practice. I definitely recommend the Ayurveda Therapist course.

Ritu conveys knowledge simply and accessibly. The course is easy to follow even for people without prior ayurveda background or massage experience.
